Christi Santora is an artist based in Chesterfield, New Jersey, working primarily in acrylic on canvas. Her work explores themes of serenity, beauty, and connection to the natural world, often featuring trees, florals, water, and open skies. Inspired by impressionism and guided by intuition, Christi lets color and texture lead the way in her creative process.
Christi was born and raised in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest Virginia. Art was her first love. After taking art classes early in college, Christi pursued a different path, earning a B.A. in Psychology from Virginia Tech and an M.A. and Ed.S in School Psychology from Radford University. Years later—and now a mother of two—she has reunited with her love of painting as a deeply personal journey of creative growth and self-discovery. Working from her living room studio, Christi is embracing her evolving identity as an artist and the joy of making art simply for the love of it.
Still early in her artistic path, Christi’s work reflects a return to what feels essential: beauty, presence, and the freedom to create. This is just the beginning.
